Custom Processing
The Dymetrol Company has the following additional processing capabilities:
- Custom grinding of plastics - Nylon, acetal, PET, other. Guillotine in place for size reduction prior to grinding. Capacity = 5 million pounds per year.
- Custom punching of plastics and light metal - Three Perkins 22 ton and one 25 ton Bruderer presses in place. Progressive punching or stamping of material up to 5" wide by 10" long.
- Plastic pelletizing
- Plastic compounding
